We crafts a custom itinerary based on the initial discussion and schedule a presentation of the itinerary – including daily schedules, accommodations, transportation details, and meal plans.
04. Confirmation
Review and adjust the itinerary as needed. Final approval by you! On approval, we finalise all bookings and preparations, ensuring everything is set for a comfortable and memorable spiritual journey.

We arrange an online consultation (via Zoom or Teams) to understand your likes, dislikes, and interests. Based on that, we prepare presentations, photos, and videos of different destinations so you can choose what matches your dream holiday.
What kind of accommodation do you provide?
Our tours include stays in five-star hotels and luxury villas. If these are unavailable at a particular location, we arrange the best local premium accommodations available.

- Second Meeting – We show you multiple options with photos, videos, maps, travel times, and experiences. You select your preferred places.
- Third Meeting – We share the final customised itinerary with daily details, hotels/villas, and logistics.
- Quotation – Once you’re satisfied, we prepare and submit the final quotation.
Can you make special arrangements during our trip?
Yes. If your tour coincides with a birthday, anniversary, or special occasion, we can arrange unique experiences such as a candlelight dinner or other personalised surprises.
